Eh, School Starts Tomorrow!

Oh well, the 2 weeks holidays has come to an end, so unfortunately. Well, we can’t stop time. It’s going to be a tough and crazy month coming up for myself. Projects, tests, football tournament are within a month. Exams are probably during August. It’s going to be challenging.

2 weeks are pretty okay, well spent. Able to fulfill some “aims” and “tasks” during the holidays and thought it’s only a short while, I guess it’s a good break. (Better than nothing) School will be packed, everyone is heading back school. Just packed my bag and the notes are coming alive again, looking straight at me! Haha!

Viwawa is such a popular and “in” thing now. Everyone is playing including myself. I was at my grandma place and I saw my little cousin playing WAHJONG! He’s a smart boy.

Many many years ago, I don’t know how old I am. Probably the same age as my cousin who’s playing Viwawa above.

Cadet Leader Course 16 June – 17 June 2008

After much waiting for so long, so much planning and meetings, we can finally conduct the Cadet Leader 2 days Course for my Sec3 cadets. Instructors had spent lots of time and effort planning and organising the course, hoping to motivate the cadets to be leaders of the unit and of course, bring the unit to a higher level.

Day 1 was pretty okay, the cadets were enthusiastic in their learnings and that’s the good start. Everything went smoothly and I do felt satisfied seeing their positive attitude towards the course. Day 2 was great. Everyone was aware of their own tasks and kept to it. Played some games and I sucked at it. Well, all of us had fun!

It’s 13 June!

*Sorry for the late late update.

It’s 13 June again! It’s my year 1 class birthday! BM0613! Finally, we were able to meet up. Now in year 3, everyone has their own schedules and priorities. Due to that, it’s pretty difficult for all to come together like before. Nevertheless, all thanks for Minghao, we were able to get together on 13 June at East Coast Park for a simple barbeque.

The response was pretty good, with 20 people turning up. It’s seems like everyone was there and enjoying the food. I enjoyed the company and the day was windy. I felt really good to be there and year 1 memories do just came in a flow. All the outings and chalets.. Awww. Missed those days.

KungFu Panda!!

It seems to me that every now and then whenever I type a post, I’m reviewing a movie. Well, it’s holidays and there are so many nice movies for me to catch. KungFu Panda is next on my list!

This big and fat panda learning Kungfu seemed unbelievable but in this show, it showed how the kungfu master trained this clumsy fellow up. Very funny show which didn’t failed to lead the crowd LOL. (Laughing out loud)

I was also impressed by the Kungfu moves. It’s traditionally the same as the old Chinese martial shows and the storyline is meaningful as well. These animations nowadays are really good and real. Those facial expressions are well-delivered and to me, that was the main key to the movie. Those little tiny silly actions, words exchanged and expresssions were awesome!

Not a bad movie to catch.

First week of holidays has been great. Resting plenty at home and watching movies mostly. Met up with attachment people. Always nice catching up and had a great dinner.  Class outing tomorrow, hopefully, it will be good. Several activities coming up soon. Really needs to treasure these 2 weeks properly. Otherwise, it will be gone just in a blink of an eye.

The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian

Was free during Sunday’s evening and decided to watch a movie. Invited by my fellow good friend Yusi, dropped by nearby to watch The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian. I didn’t manage to watch the first one though. I heard it’s nice for the first, and now the second as well.

I was quite fascinated by the stories and those fantasy in the show. Pretty amazed by the effects and I do wonder whether this world has such a beautiful place.

Several good looking characters in the shows and a sense of humour as well. I love the wars between both ends. Not a bad show to watch. I guess I would watch the first movie since it’s good.

Holidays start finally. Able to sleep throughout the night without thinking much about the next day is something I haven’t done for a long long time. These 2 weeks are really much needed and hopefully, it will recharge my batteries for the months ahead.

Napfa Test is coming really soon and I’m so unprepared. Really needs to spend some efforts and time on training up. Don’t wish to fail it. Went jogging the other day and realised that I have a long way to go.

In other news..

Finished IB Project ICA 1. Was pretty challenging on the whole. I didn’t get to sleep much during the night. MRT in the morning was delayed. Cab queue was so darn long. Didn’t have much time to rehearsal but my team stood up pretty well. Despite the tiredness, we managed to produced the goods and it was not that bad after all. One down, many more to come..

Holidays are coming in a few days time. It would be a good time to recuperate and enjoy myself a little. There are several activities up during the 2 weeks break, and hopefully, it would be spent fulfillingly.
